Jo prepare 1 cup serving (230mL):Take 3 teaspoons cornflour (15g) and add 2 tablespoons (30ml) of cold water. Mix well to prepare a smooth paste.Then heat (230ml) of milk and add the paste. Add 1 teasoon sugar (5g) or sweeten to taste. Continue heating and stir continuously until it thickens. When cool, chill and serve.
